Catering by GEM’ was born from Hayes Meats & Gourmet Foods fourteen years ago. We have served Brevard County by way of weddings, corporate functions, cocktail parties, BBQ’s, anniversaries, birthdays and last minute emergencies such as funerals.
We assure you our experienced staff will make certain your event goes smoothly. We bring plenty of food so you are guaranteed not to run out. We even leave the leftovers on the buffet line for you to enjoy with your family & friends the next day. We package the remainder of the food and store it in the refrigerator at the party site.
‘Catering by Gem’ caters breakfast, brunch, luncheons, BBQ’s, colossal parties or formal ‘Romantic Dinners for Two.’ Please see www.hayesmeats.com for menus and pricing. If you are looking for a more economical package, we can arrange a well-designed drop off service. Our staff will prepare your table, set-up the disposable chaffing dishes, transfer the fresh, hot food from our portable ovens to the chaffers and make sure everything is perfect for the arrival of your guests.
The best way to book your special event with ‘Catering by Gem’ is to call Gem or Connie at Hayes Meats & Gourmet Foods (321-453-3550) for an appointment. There you can look at our plate and linen options and see first hand the fancy presentation of our appetizer platters. You may even sample some of the items from our gourmet deli.
Once we book your event we will draw a diagram of your table set-up with those locations familiar to us and suggest meeting you at unfamiliar locations so our staff knows before they arrive where everything will be placed. We will answer any questions you may have and give you a customized proposal with exact pricing. With us, there are no hidden costs and all items purchased, are spelled out on paper.
